How do I place an order?
Browse through product categories; once you have found a product that matches your wishes, press the button to add it to the shopping cart or, if you are not sure about the final choice, you can start by using the Wishlist function (add to wish list)
On the shopping cart page, you can review the list of products, update the quantity of the products you intend to order or remove some products. To send the order press the button Complete order.
To order you will need to provide us with your contact details, billing details, email address. You will have to create an account on our website either by checking the Create Account box during checkout or prior to placing an order.
This way, the next time you visit us you will find all the data above for a faster order. After checking the order data and choosing the desired payment method, complete the order by pressing the Place order button.
Delivery
This Online Store ONLY sells DIGITAL PRODUCTS that are either downloadable immediately after purchase or sent via email after creation/ personalisation.
The items that do not require personalisation are available immediately after purchase, directly from the Downloads section from My Account.
The personalised items are usually send to you in 1-2 working days, but it is possible that during busy periods of the year, the delivery time may be longer.
Payment
Payment will be made online with the bank card when placing the order. We accept all major debit or credit cards.
Online card payment is secure and is made through the payment processor Stripe. Your card data does not reach us.
General Questions
If you want to change an order, please contact us using the contact form on the website. You also need to specify the order ID, available in the Order history section or by email.
To search for a product, please use the search module at the top of the site. You enter the details you want, and if they match at least one product, you’ll be shown a list of compatible results.
