Payment
Payment will be made online with the bank card when placing the order. We accept all major debit or credit cards.
Online card payment is secure and is made through the payment processor Stripe. Your card data does not reach us.
Delivery
This Online Store ONLY sells DIGITAL PRODUCTS that are either downloadable immediately after purchase or sent via email after creation/ personalisation.
The items that do not require personalisation are available immediately after purchase, directly from the Downloads section from My Account.
The personalised items are usually send to you in 1-2 working days, but it is possible that during busy periods of the year, the delivery time may be longer.
General Questions
If you want to change an order, please contact us using the contact form. You also need to specify the order ID, available in the Order history section or by email.
To search for a product, please use the search module at the top of the site. You enter the details you want, and if they match at least one product, you’ll be shown a list of compatible results.
